How it all started

We had a vision

We want to tell you a little story about the seed that it came from. We believe that the roots of a business are just as important as those at the end of our vegetables!

We began our plant-based company during the pandemic but in fact, we’ve been nurturing this idea our whole lives!

Co-founder of plant.Eat.Licious

Cristina is one of the co-founders and started life in the soil. She was brought up in her dad’s garden kitchen and the only food that we knew was the ones that they planted in the ground.

She spent many years in the kitchen watching her Grandma create beautiful dishes from the simplest of food – from that moment on,
she was inspired!

Brining our dream to life

Creating Plant.Eat.Licous was a natural step for us. After years of cooking for our vegan, vegan-curious and even meat-eating friends, we realised that our passion for good-quality, tasty, family-friendly food was about to grow.

Located below a chapel, its high ceiling and stylish interior make an immediate good impression. A warm welcome follows - things are looking good! The menu offers plenty of variety - from vegan burgers through to mocktails and cakes. All of it was freshly cooked and delicious! (we were lucky to arrive just in time before the kitchen closed for main meals). Take a break from the hustle of tourists above and enjoy the calm but quirky vibe of Plant. Eat.
